There are many types of resistors, which can be divided into cylindrical, tubular, sheet, button, horseshoe, block, etc. according to the structure. The following is a marking and coding solution of columnar resistors or tubular resistors. Columnar or tubular resistors have special production methods, most of which are moved laterally, need to print a lot of content, and even logo printing. However, traditional inkjet printer technology can only solve part of the problem of inkjet printing, most of the inkjet markings cannot be satisfied. First, let’s take a look at the printing effect of the traditional resistance inkjet printer, as shown in the picture below. 1. The print limitation of the number of characters. Due to the limitation of the principle of traditional inkjet printers, the inkjet printer can only print 1-8 characters within the effective width range. When printing more than 6 characters, the stability of the printer will be greatly reduced, so it can only stabilize within 6 characters. There is no limit to the number of characters that can be printed by the new cylindrical resistance online inkjet printer within a width of 30mm. Within the allowable range of resistance, more characters can be printed.
2. Printing resolution. The printing resolution of the new resistance inkjet coding equipment can reach 360DPI, which can print printed characters, and high-resolution content, such as logos can also be easily marked on the surface of the product. While the printing resolution of the traditional inkjet printer is only 60DPI. This is fine to print simple letters and numbers, but it is more difficult to print logos.
3. The quality of printings. The increase in the printing resolution of the inkjet printer directly affects the aesthetics of inkjet printing. The printed characters printed by the UV high-resolution inkjet coding machine can directly enhance the image of the product. Compared with dot matrix, customers are more likely to accept printed fonts as the identification characters of resistance.
4. Stability and cost. The new type of resistance UV inkjet printer uses a new type of inkjet technology, the ink will not dry in the inkjet printer. Therefore, the print nozzle will not be clogged. After being printed on the product, it will pass through the ink drying system. That is, after being irradiated by the UV curing lamp, the ink dries immediately, greatly improving the stability. In addition, the UV inkjet printer adopts a fully enclosed on-demand ink supply design, which is isolated from the outside world, which can avoid waste while improving stability.
